    Home Decorators Collection has basically stolen my money. I received the item on November 18 and immediately realized it was damaged. I notified HDC and they told me I had to return the item and they would replace. I returned the item and then they notify me they do not exchange, only refund. This is a lie too as it has been over a month and I have yet to receive my refund. The customer service reps are awful. Amazon customer service has been slightly better but not much. Both companies say I need to talk to the other. Someone has my money and will not give it back. Absolute theft. I will never shop with Amazon or Home Decorators again and would suggest other not as well.
